Show unavailable status in the Vendor Panel

Hi,

I have several order statuses. Some are hidden for Vendor to select, for example Order Completed. Vendor can only select the status: In progress, Sent or Returned.

After completing the order, I change the status in Woocommerce to Completed, but the Vendor Panel shows the status In progress. Many Vendors change my status back to sent, which is confusing for me. I consider the order Completed as completed and this is a sign for me that I can settle accounts with the Vendor.

Is there a way to show hidden statuses in the status selection window in the Vendor Panel?
