Brevo API intermittent failure

    I’ve been using Brevo (formerly SendinBlue) as my mailer for the past two weeks. This morning, I’ve started getting intermittent mail failures with the “Code: , Message: , Body:” error. Sometimes mail goes through, often I have to resend from the logs, sometimes the resend goes through, sometimes not.

    I went in to run the Post SMTP setup wizard again, and when I do, Brevo/SendinBlue isn’t an option any longer… please help!

    Plugins are up to date and I haven’t made any changes.

    Can you share the screenshot of the Post SMTP wizard where Brevo/Sendinblue isn’t an option any longer?

    Thanks for the quick response. Here’s the screenshot. I did try changing the outgoing server, and I was able to get SendinBlue to show up and complete the wizard, but the intermittent “Code: , Message: , Body:” error persists.

    It was a problem with the Brevo ( Formerly SendinBlue ) globally. Please confirm if still its not working?

    Hope you are doing good. Sorry to hear about your issue. Just for your information you can check the current status of Brevo service from their status page.

    As per their current status, they are still having issues in some regions which may take some time.

    Hope you will be able to access the service soon.
