    Hi there!

    Occasionaly some users cant book resources even though the time slots are available. WP BASE gives an error that the user has done to many bokkings although they have done none.

    At the moment there is one user (that I know of) that cant book the Sauna (Bastun) at the 28th of october 15:00-18:00.

    This has happend a couple of times before for different users and I have then “solved” it by book for the user from admin GUI.

    Hi,

    I couldn’t see the booking calendar on your website.

    I guess you are using Quotas addon. Please note that pending bookings are also counted. For example, if you set weekly as 3 and user has already 3 pending bookings for the selected week, they cannot make any bookings for the same service for the same week until pending bookings expire.

    Sorry you need to login to see the calendar. I can create a temporary admin account if you want to.

    Yes we have quotas. But the user has no other bookings in year 2023. However he has a lot of bookings on the 29th 2022 and he now tries to book the 28th this year… The user is called 110. Problem with quota checkings?

    Yes, that seems to be the reason. We will fix this in the next update.

    Can you please update WP BASE and Quotas to the latest version and check if the problem has been resolved?
