    Three weeks ago I put on a ticket about translatepress moving stuff in footer and making huge gaps, I got response about preparing CSS file that fixes it, but no help after that. I have been waiting for 3 weeks now.

    But you haven’t tried anything. I am not going into presales before I know the product works without breaking my layout.

    The “presale” form is the form where we can investigate more thoroughly a ticket.

    P.S. It is not our intention to sell you any premium plan as the issue you are facing is not something that a premium version would fix.
