Chatbot not answering (stuck loading)

    Hello ,

    I have install the AI engime plugin and added my API key (openai) , but when i try to ask any question to the bot it’s stuck in loading

    I have tried to use different setting GPT4 , Davinci and change the prompt but i never get answer .

    I have top up my chatgpt account whit 5$

    Did i missed something ?

    Hey @flammeur !

    Could you please take a look at your PHP logs? Maybe there’s something in there that can help us understand what’s going on. It’s possible that your server is having trouble reaching to OpenAI’s server for some reason. I’ll be here waiting for your feedback. ??

    I check i use an old version of PHP i gonna install a local wordpress to test i will update
