Custom Post Query/Loop To Display 10 post ID's from another table?

  • I have another table called.

    wp_recently_popular

    It contains a row called post_id

    I want to create a custom post wuery loop to take those 10id’s as the 10 posts I wish to display on my homepage. They are dynamically changing post IDs.

    There is nothing on the web that I have found and it’s getting really frustrating. Please if you have the knowledge share it with me.
