Insert of call-us-selector code not working

  • Hi,

    i’ve just switched from the old plugin to the new one.
    I have a problem.
    We have several chats configured as many users we have (about 15). Every single code like

    <call-us-selector phonesystem-url="https://3cx.xxxxx.xxxxx:5001" party="LiveChatxxxxx"></call-us-selector>

    we put it directly on the page we need the chat window to appear.

    When i try to publish, the code disappear from page.

    Why?

    Hi @aronstocker, it looks like there is some conflict with other plugins.
    Do you see JS errors in browser console? Have you tried to (temporarily) disable other plugins and keep only 3CX Live Chat? By enabling plugins one by one you can find the conflicting one.
