    Hi @joycegrace

Thanks for reaching out. Let me help you with this one.

Just to confirm, from your screenshot are you using a small monitor? If not, could I ask for a new screenshot where I can see the whole page?

Moreover, could I ask for the version of your WP, The Events Calendar and Event Tickets? I want to check it further on my side.

    Looking forward to your reply.

Hello, the screenshot was a full size desktop.

    Event Tickets Version 5.6.4

WP Core, plugins and themes are all up to date.

I did not have The Events Calendar installed when I took that screenshot.

    Hi @joycegrace

    Thanks for your response.

I’m curious, does the issue persists if you only activate Event Tickets plugin and a basic theme (e.g. 2020 theme)? [see Testing Conflicts]

Please test it on a staging site to avoid unnecessary downtime.

Yes it happens on Twenty Twenty Three with only The Events Calendar, Event Tickets and Event Tickets Plus, WooCommerce and WooCommerce Paypal Payments activated.

    Hi @joycegrace ,

With our latest release of?Event Tickets 5.6.6 and Event Tickets Plus 5.7.6, we have fixed the display issues with the Attendee information form when using the block editor.

As always, we suggest testing updates on a staging site first and having a recent backup, but it should all be smooth sailing. You can remove any workarounds after updating the plugins if you implemented them.

If you still have issues after updating to the latest releases, please open a new support thread and include any specific details if possible.

    Have a great day!
