Duplicate menu and weird behavior on webshop site

    From a few weeks I have the problem that I sometimes get a double menu.
    This is the case with Chrome, Firefox and Microsoft Edge.
    Over time no plugins have been installed, and woocommerce/astra has been updated.
    After contacting my web host, the capacity has been increased because the site also became slower.
    Unfortunately, increasing the capacity has had no effect.
    Below is also a screenshot.
    This problem is not always, but regularly.
    So I can’t determine where the problem comes from.
    If anyone has an idea what the problem is or could be please let me know ??

  • Hi @0108daniel,

    All of the double/duplicated Header is always related to optimization, e.g. the cache.

    Please have a look at this screenshot. As we can see, when I add a random query to the URL, the Header looks just fine.

    Please clear the cache. Site cache, server cache, and CDN if you are using one. It will fix the issue.

    Thank you for your answer.

    I delete/empty the caches but It’s still not working.

    I also delete the cookies on my pc, laptop, chrome, Firefox, edge, but didn’t fix it.

    I check your site and can see the Header is fine, without me adding any random query, like I did previously. Refer to this screenshot, please.

    Sometimes the menu is fine, but sometimes I have a double menu.

    I discover it is also on mobile.

    Hi @0108daniel,

    That means your caching plugin causes this. Or the way how you configure your caching plugin causes this. Please try to reconfigure it. You can try by disabling all of the settings and enabling it one by one to see which setting causes this problem. This might take time, however, I am afraid you don’t have any other options.

    I uuse WP rocket and cleared the cache already.

    That was not working.

    I have also a filter button that doesn’t work anymore.

    I tried to deactivate WP rocket and now almost everything works fine! ??
    I don’t have a double menu anymore.
    There is only 1 thing, that is when you click on mobile on the 3 stripes to open the categories you see all categories with the arrows to unfold it.
    When you click on a arrow there is a circle around the arrow with dots.
    That is not how it is supposed to be.
    Do you know how to fix that?

    I discover something else.
    When I place new products on my site the site shows the double menu.
    If you look closely you can see the button double menu is the one for mobile.
    You can see that on the toggle button on the rights side next to the account logo.
    If someone have a solution for that please let me know ??
