Short code not generating properly

    I really would love to use this plugin. I’ve gone through each step to set it up…choosing the style, layout, etc. It connects to my Google profile flawlessly. However, when I’m done with the setup and I’m on the “Insert Code” tab, the code that is generated is simply:
    [trustindex no-registration=google]

    When I paste that into the widget on my website, none of the configurations that I chose are implemented…it only shows them in one long list and not in the grid style that I chose. It’s very unattractive and hard to read as they all run together.

    What am I missing? None of the options I chose are shown to be available only to paid versions, so why isn’t my code generating properly?

    Okay…nevermind.

    It works if I create a new page, but apparently doesn’t work properly in a specific widget area. I’ll work on it…

    I found that I could not add the code into the widget using the live Customizer…I had to go into the widgets tab itself to add the code. Everything worked fine after that.

    Please create the widget in the plugin not in the admin.
