I too have the same issue reported by some others, but I know the etiquette is to start your own thread for these things.

All was fine with UA but not GA4
I’ve checked and the snippets are active on the site. The data is also there in Google Analytics if I login and check.

I have noticed that the GSK installed on some other sites I have shown that the data is from GA4 ‘Google Analytics 4 view’ in the upper right, while the sites with issues don’t show this.

I’ve tried resetting the plugin and starting over, but the same issues persist.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

Hello?@ashbryant thanks for opening a support topic with us. Sorry to hear that you are unable to view your GA4 data in Site Kit currently. If you go to?Site Kit > Settings > Connected Services > Analytics, do you see the?Dasboard View option? If yes could you ensure it is switched on.

If you do not see this option in your settings could you please share your?Site Health information. You can?use this form?to share privately if preferred. Let me know if you have any questions.

Could you please try updating to Site Kit 1.108.0 if you haven’t already to see if you can then update the dashboard view.

If you still have the same issue, could you try following the troubleshooting steps here. Do you see the option to switch the dashboard view while in troubleshooting mode with Site Kit active?

@adamdunnage Thanks for your help with this.

I don’t see that option, so I have submitted the site health info to you via the form.

@ashbryant While I check your Site Health and investigate could you confirm if you have tried following the troubleshooting steps suggested above?

    @adamdunnage yes I have.

@ashbryant Thanks for confirming. Do you see any difference in the dashboard when viewing from an Incognito window?

Could you please also share some screenshots or recordings of what you are seeing if possible. You can share these via the form you have submitted.

This is what I see in both normal and incognito modes

@ashbryant Thanks for sharing. Could I ask you to check your Analytics settings once more for the dashboard view once more?

If you still can’t see the option can I ask if you see any warnings or errors when checking your Site Health status (Tools > Site Health > Status), which differs from your Site Health information requested above?

Still nothing there. Site health is recommending a Mail SMTP setting change to DMARC but other than that nothing

@ashbryant Thanks for the information. We are currently investigating other reports of this. I will discuss further with the team and update here afterwards.

@ashbryant thank you for your patience while I discussed this with the team. Based on your information, something is blocking background updates on your site. While I can’t be sure what’s blocking such updates, could you please try following the steps below:

    1. Install and activate the WP Crontrol plugin
    2. Navigate to “Settings > Cron Schedules” and click on the “Cron Events” tab
    3. Scroll down to the googlesitekit_cron_update_remote_features hook event and click on “run now”
    4. Share your Site Health information?once more so I can check if this manual action forced the update to enable the GA4 reporting for your site.

Let me know if you have any questions with the above.

@adamdunnage Sorry for the late reply. Yes, this seems to have been the issue.

I now see the GA4 stats. Thank you
