Can’t download htaccess

    Hello,

    I just installed the Wordfence extension.
    The problem is that we were slow to click on the send email button to validate: the link indicated that it had expired.

    We therefore retrieved the key from the email to integrate the license manually. The problem is that we didn’t have the step to download the htaccess file. How can I download it please?

    Hi @marinest360, thanks for your message.

    We don’t prompt to download .htaccess during the license key registration, but do during firewall optimization. Did optimization go to plan or was the process interrupted? If you’re still on Basic Protection, trying the optimization wizard on Wordfence > Firewall should allow you to download the file again.
