This is how I have it now, what should I ado to fix it?

#wrap {
background: transparent url(img/light6.jpg);
padding:20px 0;

#wrap {
background: transparent url(img/light6.jpg);
padding:20px 0;
background-repeat:repeat-x;
}

No luck and now its out of wack

Try:

#wrap {
background:url(img/light6.jpg) repeat-x fixed;
padding:20px 0;
}
