So let’s figure out and resolve the issue by following the given below steps:
1. Sometimes, this issue is seen due to some plugin conflict. Can you please try deactivating all the plugins except the recommended plugins and hard reload (?Ctrl+ Shift + R?) your site by clearing the cache? If this fixes the issue, activate the essential plugins one by one and check your site at the same time to find the conflicting plugin.
2. Please verify the issue by clearing your browser cache where you are facing the problem.
3. Are you seeing any JavaScript errors in your browser console? If yes, then please provide us with a specific screenshot.
4. If you have any browser plugins/extensions, please disable them and verify the issue.
