Form not sending emails

I’ve created a form and tested it several times. After filling out the form it gives me the confirmation message, however, I’m not receiving any emails. I’ve set it up for both Mail and Mail 2 to send. I’m not getting any config issues on the Mail tab. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
