Email type only showing plain text and no HTML option

    Hi there, I’m facing email issues. My emails are appearing as plain text in the dropdown instead of HTML format. I attempted fixes like WP Mail SMTP and other plugins, but no success. I also confirmed that our web server’s PHP-XML is active. Any insights on what might be causing this? It’s urgent, really hoping for assistance. Many thanks!

    I understand that the Email Type is not displaying the HTML option, is this correct?

    Since you have confirmed that the php-xml is installed on the server, I’d suggest performing a full conflict test to rule out any theme/plugin conflicts that may be interfering with these settings.

    You can read more on how to do this, here:

    Should that make no difference, it’s possible that this could be related to additional server settings.

    In this case, you can try installing php-gd and php-xmlrpc alongside php-xml, then restart your service.
