How to get rid of quotation marks from-name: “sender”

    In the emails people receive, the FROM name is enclosed in double quotes. This is specifically the case in GMAIL, but maybe in more mail applications. Is it possible to show the name without the quotes? So Name instead of “Name”.

    1. Is Post SMTP ‘Test email’ also sending emails with quotation mark ‘From Name’?
    2. Which socket is being used?
    3. Is this happening with any specific plugin like (CF7, WooCommerce, etc.)?
