    I hope you’re well today!

    I’m assuming that the screenshot shows the form in question, right?

    Since you have label removed from the datepicker field, those two should usually be “in-line” but it often also depends on other (3rd-party, like from theme) CSS on site and so the solution would be to add a bit of additional custom CSS.

    But to provide it we’d need to check it directly on the site in question so would you mind sharing a direct link to the page with that form?
