Can’t find footer or header?

It looks you are using the Betheme for your website, therefore its actually based on like how you have created a header, if you are using header like this then follow the video

Otherwise, the basic settings would be available in
Appearance –> Customise options

Yes, I went to Appearance, but couldn’t find it here. Let me do another dive. The video link isn’t working for me though Abdullah. Can you please resend? Thanks so much! – Kim

-are you trying to find the footer.php file and header.php file? if yes, then you can access those files in the webhosting account in the file manager area. use caution if editing original files of a theme (any changes to theme files will be overwritten if there is an update to the theme). make a backup of database and files before making any changes to theme files.

-volunteers on this forum do not have access to files for themes purchased (like betheme). you could check in the theme’s documentation: https://support.muffingroup.com/documentation/ for ideas.
