    Hello

    We are having trouble showing the latest feed on our website. We have two(2) accounts connected to the FT Social plugin, it says those both two has a valid connection. Expire Time is 34days 18hrs. We display those two feeds on the IG area of our homepage, however the most recent post is not displayed in those feeds. We already removed our varnish caching and emptied the cache on your plugin, but the issue still exists.

    You can compare those feeds on their profile to check. First 2 feeds are from other 1st connected account and Second 2 feeds are from 2nd connected account.

    WordPress version – 6.0.2
    PHP version – 7.4.33
    Plugin version – ?4.1.6

    Hi @a99webdev ,

    Thanks for contacting us. Your IG feed may need to be updated. As we saw a big Meta reset recently. Also to note, IG Stories and IG Reels are not supported and thus, will not display. Standard photo & video posts will (or at least, should) display.

    Go to FT Social > Add New Feed and create a new IG feed for that IG account. After you have configured your settings, click update & copy/paste your new shortcode, replacing your old shortcode on that WP page.

    ?If the above steps have not worked, in your WordPress dashboard, go to FT Social > Feeds then click on the feed that you are having the issue with (the new feed, just created).

    Then, click the blue support beacon at the bottom right, click “Ask” (on the top right) and fill out the rest of the support ticket. This procedure will send us any/all of the feed info for us to be able to help debug your issue.

    Thank you for the update,

    Is also the tagged Standard photo and video posts not supported to show as a feed? or maybe there is a proper setup that we can use to show/fetch it too?
