c-creator plugin

i have installed manually tdo minni form and c creator
when i logged in as admin and clicked at my wordpress it shows logout,siteadmin..and below its showing the plugin c-creator. when i clicked that link it opens with new page and provides

but from there i am unable to go back to my wordpress.this error shows
