• Hello, I am unable to see any past newsletters and can’t create new ones.
Above the email table (which is completely blank) I get this error message: Error while executing a request, the server replied with the code 403

The new newsletter button does not to work at all and after clicking the button, the site breaks completely. It starts to work after a couple of minutes, though.

I have also tried restoring a backup as far back as May, what did not resolve the issue.

    System
    MailPoet 4.15.0
    Server OSLinux (or compatible)
    WordPress version
    6.2.2
    PHP version
    8.1.14

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hi there @janjime ,

    Thanks for reaching out.

The first thing I’d recommend is to update both WordPress and MailPoet as I noticed they are outdated.

If the issue persists after the update, I’d suggest to follow these steps to test for conflicts as some plugin, specially the security ones, could be blocking access to MailPoet data.

Let us know how that goes!

    @guicmazeredo Thank you!

I have updated everything and also deactivated all plugins, except MailPoet. Unfortunatly, this did not solve the issue.

I am getting this new error above the email table:
”Error when parsing JSON database value: “Control character error, possibly incorrectly encoded”“

I checked the database – I can see the previous emails in the table.

I am able to create a new newsletter now, but I am unable to see it as a draft.

Update: I used a different template, in case the previously used newsletter template caused an issue. Unable to see this draft, too.
