Not Able to Pull Up WP-Admin or Site

What are the errors?

No specific error… it’s a blank white page. Nothing pulls up… not with my admin nor my site.

I’m using ipage

Godaddy told me its some type of PHP problem and they think its on their end but no idea if thats true yet as they said it has to be escalated higher than the current tech person on the phone.

I have multiple wordpress sites and all the wordpress sites are down (just a white page) however the non-wordpress sites I have are all up and running without issues.

I didn’t do anything. I was going into my control panel to add a blog and couldn’t get to the login page.

Try manually resetting your plugins. If that resolves the issue, reactivate each one individually until you find the cause.

If that does not resolve the issue, access your server via FTP or SFTP, navigate to /wp-content/themes/ and rename the directory of your currently active theme. This will force the Default theme (WordPress 1.5 – 2.9.2) or the Twenty Ten theme (WordPress 3.0 and higher) to activate and hopefully rule-out a theme-specific issue.

I’m not able to log in at all. I don’t get a login page… it’s completely blank

Follow the guides that I linked to and the instructions I posted. Nothing requires you to login to the admin panel.
