• Hello! Firstly, thanks so much for this it is *such* a fantastic theme and is a great idea, beautifully realised. Congratulations on it.

I have found a bit of a problem thus:

If someone creates a ticket with a certain status say ‘Request’. After reviewing the ticket I then accept it and change its status to ‘Accepted’. At some time later I then go back to the ticket to change the status to ‘In Progress’ WordPress gets angry and says this:

Duplicate comment detected; it looks as though you’ve already said that!

    Pesky WordPress…anyway to disable this?

    Again, thanks so much.

  • I haven’t been able to find a way to disable it.

You need to actually type something in the comment box, so it doesn’t throw the error.

Ah! Of course, that makes sense. Nice one, Spencer. I imagine there’s some sort of filter somewhere which can deactivate this. I’ll have a look around and post back if I find one.

    Great theme!

    Hey…

Could you just insert the current time stamp into the comment?

Might be a possible work around.

    Thanks!

episodecreative — exactly what I ended up doing! It will be in the next version. ??
