Can you please go to Settings and set value 60 for “Check for Online Users Every“?

Also, enable Cache Compatibility option. something this might be the issue. (if is enabled, let’s disable it)

Alright, let’s purge the user online table in Optimization, this most-likely fixes the issue.

Also, repairing the tables would be a good idea as well.

I purged the wptx_statistics_visitor all data disappeared and no change.

So what I have to do delete the plugin and reinstall? Losing everything…

Yes, let’s disable and then enable it. also during the testing, please check your error logs.

So I purged all tables, I remove the plugin, I put back and it’s also the same, not displaying Hit statistics and Top visitors….

I don’t know what are you speaking about error logs. Where I find that, with your plugin, on Worpress?
