I’m sorry, maybe I did not explain well, but in the same video you’ve sent, you can see that the whole menu bar is in English, but the dropdown (subcategories) in Spanish.

Menu in English with dropdown in Spanish -> should be in English as well
Menu in Spanish with dropdown in Spanish -> it’s working properly.
