    Still waiting for a reply – WooCommerce Support: Ticket #6669322

    Sorry for the delayed reply, we’re experiencing a high volume of tickets recently. I’ve reviewed your response and the account you’re reaching out from doesn’t have a license for the extension in question. Could you kindly respond ticket auto-reply email from the email address linked to the account you order the extension from?

    This way we can jump straight to troubleshooting once the ticket is assigned to one of our team members. :?)

    The support ticket from the website needs to be processed correctly for client accounts.
