Need to know how to change a link at the bottom

Hi, this probably sounds stupid to most people

but if you check out the site https://www.freecallsto.com , I need to change the link at the bottom “Free calls to india” so it direct to a new page.

how Do i change it? I have gone into appearance and I dont see it anywhere.
