    Hi, Thank you for getting in touch with us. Could you please confirm if you are using the TOC plugin and not combining it with other plugins? Mixing plugins might lead to conflicts and result in this jumping issue. Kindly share a screenshot of the TOC plugin settings, and also let us know the current theme you are using.
