  • Hello, Is this going to get fixed soon? Thanks.

Same here – is this going to be updated as I will have to find an alternative

    Same concern

It looks like we may have to find another way if there is no response here.

Can someone please update us on whether this issue will be resolved soon?

I contacted Mailmunch through their website and this is the response I received by email:

    “Thanks for reaching out.
Our product team is looking into this.
Please feel free to continue using the plugin.”

I had a similar reply, but they also said to just “ignore the notification”, but security notification should never be “ignored”.

Of course I’ve asked them to reply here, because others are waiting for an answer as well.

As long as you only have trusted accounts on the website, it should not be a great risk, but everyone should assess that risk for their site.

Update from Mailmunch received via chat:

Our product team is working on this patch. As soon as they’ve fixed this they will let us know and we will definitely inform you!

    Any update on this?

Another user anxiously awaiting a fix for this.

Can we please get an update on this?

This is a good thread to note the support response to a security flaw for future users of the plugin. Is there an update?

    Is the plugin abandoned?

Piling on and bumping this. Still no update or word from the devs?
