The plugin works fine. I love its intelligence in picking up similar post titles. The intertace is also super straight foward and easy to navigate. I have sincerly found the plugin useful. I use it at arabicpdfs.com with over 170,000 posts and its pulling everything correctly. Having said the above however, I would propose a few things that would even make the plugin extra-ordinary and biggest deal.
    1. To provide away for custom codes more especially concerning the thumbnail or featured image. Even though wordpress has its traditional way of serving images, taking wordpress approach can quickly scale up hosting costs for website hosting websites for example a website with 1 million posts. Even websites with 10k posts can witness high costs. For that matter, therefore, big websites or small websites with hug pictures tend to feed to thumbnails or featured image externally. The idea is for plugin developers consider an option where plugin users can feed there already available custom codes for serving featured images other than customizing the theme directly. The information above is in context of website owners who are already serving featured images externally and want to incorparate the plugin or those who plan to do so.

    2. Even though the plugin claim the be lightweight, it still adds loading times to the website using it, I tested and my website was with around 97-100% with adsense. With the plugin it was stagging at 93%. This is a small fraction, but it can still be costly. I realised the more related posts keyed in the more seconds it might take. However, i still needed the plugin functionalities for my website. So what i did was to tweak the plugin settings. My approach was to instruct the plugin to load related posts after everything has finished to load on my website. By everything i mean everything including all website style sheets. With this tweak i was able to achieve plugin fucntionalities without sacrificing website speed. Now no matter how many related posts keyed, the loading speed seems not to be affected. It makes more sense because, the related posts appear at the buttom of the post. My suggestion, therefore, is that if plugin developers can incoprparate the option to load related posts after post full loading it would be better, that way plugin users wont need to tweak the plugin settings manually. I use custom js code to make plugin run after post full load
