Exactly what I needed

I reached out to support to see if I could achieve what I was setting out to and they got back to me right away with a very helpful response.

My use case: I have an API I built that returns JSON and I was able to set the file that the data is imported from to my API endpoint url. It did require the paid version (Import Standalone $99)

I also was able to set up scheduled jobs (in Heroku) for both of the cron job urls (curl “url here”), so that was nice to be able to get that working as my data needed to be updated daily.
