PDF Tickets and Form Builder Addons updates failing

    When performing updates to plugins the WooCommerce Event Manager Addons PDF Tickets and Form Builder are both failing with the message “Update failed: Download failed: Unauthorised”

    Can someone assist with this please.

    Hello,

    Thanks for using our plugin,

    Basically our event plugin do not have any add-on but have a pro version only. .Did you use any add-on with our plugin?
    also you have mentioned that you are using the Form builder with our plugin , can you mention the exact plugin name of that Form Builder. May be our plugin is not compatible with your Form Builder that you use, which cause such issue.
