[Plugin: Custom Field Template] Add Category/User-Author Lists as Drop Down Menus

    I’m trying to create a new Edit-Post GUI with this great plugin. I want users to be able to assign the category and user-author for each post through drop down menus just above the description text window.

    What shortcoding would I use to show the *existing* category list and the *existing* user lists as drop down menu selections in a template.

    Is the plugin capable of this, or is it restricted to static/fixed options for dropdowns/checklists/radiobuttons/etc.?
