your lastest version disappears when updated to wordpress 6.3

I submitted a support ticket. I did not point out in it, that the video links are to youtube. I not your demo uses a self hosted video. I don’t know if that makes any difference.

Thanks for your site address. There seems to be a conflict with the “WP Rocket” plugin and we have shared the fix in the ticket.

I’m potentially having a similar issue with WP Rocket – would you be able to share the fix here, as well?

It turned out to be a problem with my hosting service, hostinger. They had a problem with their CDN service. Once I found this out, I disabled the CDN.

Sorry, there is a known conflict issue with the “WP Rocket” plugin but that can solved by adjusting a couple of options.

1. Disable “Lazy Loading” for the videos by unchecking the “Enable for iframes and videos” option here https://www.mysite.com/wp-admin/options-general.php?page=wprocket#media

2. Also, edit the page https://www.mysite.com/player-embed/ from the back-end, locate the “WP Rocket” meta box, exclude this page from the caching, and save the changes.

3. That’s it.

Note that you must replace https://mysite.com/ with your actual website address.
