Google Merchant Center

Hi, i was using Shopify for my store previously, now i have this WordPress website with Woocommerce, but always be noticed Mispresentation by Google Merchant Center, i believe we met the policies. Anyone can help me? And if i want to reset WordPress and Woocommerce, how can i back up my products so i don’t need to upload again which saves a lot of time, thanks
