Header and Footer Won’t Update

    Hello,

    I love the website I’ve been able to design with the Neve theme and Pet Shop starter site package. However, I’m unable to change or remove the header/footer. As you can see, the header is very strange, and the footer still has the default information despite everything I’ve tried (adding different header/footer blocks, changing the layout, changing the color, turning it off).

    I’ve searched the forum, tried CSS code, done the things in this webpage (https://docs.themeisle.com/article/1285-neve-footer-builder), and still can’t get anything to change about the header and footer.

    Will you please help me? I’d like to remove the header and update the info in the footer.
