We’ve noticed that several site admins are getting an Anti-Crawler splash screen. Our site has a lot of users that login to the site, we do not want them to get that screen, as it might cause a lot of confusion.

I saw a previous request where it was suggested to turn off the Anti-Crawler setting. I have turned that off for now, but we would very much like to use that option. What triggers that screen to show up and will our users see it frequently if I turn that back on?

    Hello @pattyok.

The Anti-Crawler checks the visitor on the first visit to the site. If the visitor has no signs of a bot, a mark is placed. If there is no mark during the second and subsequent hits on the site, then the screen is triggered. This is also possible if you open the site in incognito mode after the first visit.

Please specify, does the site administrators have the screen appear only in incognito mode or in normal mode too?

I had a couple browser windows open testing something, so maybe that triggered it?

For the other admin, they just opened up the site in normal mode and got it too.

If the same IP is used then Anti-Crawler may trigger.
