Can not edit WIdgets from customize and Widgets from appearance is blank

Hi,

I am relatively new to wordpress right now I have two problem

If I edit a widget from my footer under appearance -> customize it does not change the title of the widget (Menu) but does for the submenus. The menu title stays the same which was from the template. Here is a screenshot:

THe second error is when I click on appearance -> Widget to edit all my widgets I only get a blank page with the sidenav visible.

I am using the latest version of wordpress 6.3 with Astra Template (Starter template and Elementor pro) I hope you guys can help me out
