Old posts missing – only last 10 show

Hello, under our recipes page, only the last 10 posts are showing. We have a total of 22 posts that we’ve posted, and from what I recall, there was a page 2 option to view the other posts and they used to show. They don’t now. All posts are assigned to a category under the recipes page, but they don’t show. We are using storefront theme and haven’t made any adjustments to that theme at all. All plugins have stayed the same – we just removed a few, but that shouldn’t have reduced the number of posts we have now.
I’ve gone into WordPress settings and tried to assign the page where they are supposed to appear, however, it ends up displaying the entire recipe of all of the recipes that show (10). Obviously, this is not what I want either.
Also, any tips on how to get all the thumbnails for the post the same dimensions so that they are not uneven sizes that don’t line up?

Thank you for reaching out about this! I understand that you are expecting all 22 posts to appear on the Recipe page load.
I went ahead with checking the source code of the page at https://olivejunction.com/recipes/, and it appears that VisualComposer is utilized for displaying the recipes in that page. For reference, I am attaching the screenshot below:
