[Plugin: Author Image] Block fails to size height to match image height

We’re using Author Image at our site and if you look at https://lakewood.advocatemag.com/2010/09/go-ahead-call-it-a-phoenix/ you’ll see an example of the problem we’re having. From looking at the code apparently the width/height of the image aren’t passed (bad styling!) in the IMG tag code so the block for that widget isn’t sized tall enough.
