    Hi! I have updated to 6.3 on a few webistes today, and all help topics added with WP Help are gone after upgrading. I tried to export and import help topics to a site with 6.2.2 and all articles are still in the database and show up in earlier versions, just not visible in the controlpanel after upgrading to 6.3. Hoping for a fix soon ??

  • The same thing happened to me. I can get to them from Manage but the Help Topics tab says “There are no help documents.”
    I use this on all my sites and love it! I hope it is an easy fix. Thank you!

    This is fixed in version 1.7.4 just released. Thank you, Mark!

    Problem solved with the update, thank you so much!!

    After updating to 1.7.4 I still have this problem. I see all my posts after going to “Manage” but in the menu “There are no help documents.”

    I can also confirm that this has not been fixed. I’m having the same issue in WP v6.3.1 + WP Help v1.7.4.

    It is working for me with 6.3.1 and WP Help 1.7.4. Maybe clear your cache? Otherwise, you can try disabling plugins to look for a conflict.

    @taraclaeys It’s not the cache, it is happening across the 10+ sites that I manage.

    I did a copy of my WP site, I have removed all posts. Now I’m starting fresh and after adding new topics, the menu is still showing:
    “There are no help documents.”

    So it looks like something is still wrong ??

    In plugin file:
    /wp/content/plugins/wp-help/classes/plugin.php
    in line 822, I did this:
    ‘post_status’ => ‘publish’, //$status,

    Now it works.
