Hi. I’m investigating a WordPress install that’s running slowly, and in particular autoloading from wp_options.

On this install, the single biggest wp_options value with autoload = yes is _transient_sgPopupTargetPageType. From searching Github I believe this is a Popup Builder option.

This one option is >800k in size, and accounts for 50% of the autoloaded data.

Does this option need to be autoloaded? Can its size be reduced?

    Thanks – Tom

    Hi @tomroyal

The size of _transient_sgPopupTargetPageType being over 800k is quite significant and is indeed contributing to the slow loading times.

I will check this with the development team and update. Can you please initiate a ticket with us for better communication?
