Bug with Brevo for Woocommerce plugin

    Hello!

    Just to share my experience. I’m using AIOWPS on all my sites without troubles.

    We got troubles with the Brevo for Woocommerce plugin. No connection to Brevo, no transactional emails after my orders.

    I noticed I can fix it unchecking the “Basic Firewall”. Not sure what it does, but the support from Brevo was not aware about it, and I spent time for figuring out it was AIOWPS.

    Do you think you can check the plugin and see if it’s possible to make it compatible with the Brevo for Woocommerce?

    Ok, we will check if there is conflict with Brevo plugin for AIOS Fire wall > Basic firewall rules tab – “Enable basic firewall protection:” is checked.

    Well, today no luck… not sure if when it was working, the plugin was still updating the .htaccess or if the server need more time for getting the new values…

    I’m doing tests again and I’ll let you know!

    Ok, Most other plugin conflicts with AIOS was due to below one of the option. Please try check disable one by one below or might be all and cross check

    1. WP security > Miscellaneous > WP REST API the “Disallow unauthorized REST requests:
    2. WP Security > Firewall > Addition firewall rules tab. Deny bad query strings:
    3. WP Security > Firewall > Addition firewall rules tab. Enable advanced character string filter :
    4. WP Security > Firewall > Enable legacy 5G firewall protection uncheck the checkbox and save

    Thanks, I’ll try to restore a backup as it’s too strange that yesterday everything was working and today not… specially cause I can use this plugin from another site with AIOS without troubles (always without the basic firewall)… So I’m stat tor thinking they changed something on our user settings… I’ll do more tests and I’ll let you know!

    Well, it seems the problem is related to a specific Brevo account, as using another one, I just need to uncheck the basic firewall in AIOS, as I told you yesterday, and I can send my transactionals email without problems.

    Ok, AIOS basic firewall rules enabled with “Enable basic firewall protection:” makes ServerSignature to Off and set LimitRequestBody In extra of that it denies direct file access of .htaccess and wp-config.php file if visited in browser.

    Let me know if you need any other help from our side.
