    when i enter the tracking number for Australia post into the order screen , it creates 2 entries in the shipment tracking widget, order notes and the email to customer. it also completes the order but quickly reverts back to previous status like ón hold’. i cant figure out why this is happening. see screenshots for reference.

    Hi Gaurav, We click on add tracking in the shipment tracking widget in the order management screen, choose the shipping provider as Australia post, scan the qr code tracking number off parcel using datalogic gryphon scanner and then click on save tracking. Ive been trying to test to seen whether its a scanner symbology issue but there doesn’t seem to be a pattern to which code im scanning. I do express and standard post tracking. This issue happens about 80-90 percent of the time when entering tracking details. The other times, it seems behave correctly and only registers 1 tracking line and completes the order as expected.

    Hi @sydneyvapelife,

    We checked this but we can’t replicate this issue on our development store.

    Maybe you have a conflict with another plugin. Try to deactivate all other plugins except the AST and WooCommerce and check again.
