Still having legitimate emails blocked

We’ve had a few more legitimate emails blocked this week by your system. In two cases, it blocked legitimate registrations and cost our clients money. This seems to be a relatively new problem – over the last few weeks. I do not want to disable your plugin as it has been quite good, but I can’t justify using a system that is causing economic issues for my customers.
