Plugin blocking form submission

The Goal Tracker plugin is blocking the submission of WPForms forms… When active, the forms submission button just don’t work, when inactive it work as intended.

Also noticed a lot of track blocking on MS Edge, I don’t know if there is any correlation between the two problems.
