Hi! I’ve been having problems with the password recovery emails not going out (not coming in for users), so I verified if they were being sent by my website and the’re not, unless I clear cache!!! I just noticed this is due to the use of a cache plugin, whenever we clear cache, problem is resolved. I changed the cache plugin, hoping this would solve the issue, but no. It’s hard to test because I need to wait a day or so for the problem to come back again (otherwise everything seems to be fine since I just cleared cache). Is there a way to disable cache on whatever causes this issue? Is there a cache plugin that would not cause this issue? I tried Litespeed cache and Siteground optimizer.

    Hi @capucinegaudry,

For this situation, our recommendation will be to exclude from caching (from the caching plugin that you use) the page where you have the PMS Recover Password form.

Thank you for your reply (I just noticed it). I tried that and it did nothing. I also tried different cache plugins all had the same outcome. Also, I installed a SMTP email delivery system and the problem persists, its only affecting the emails coming from PMS.

    Hi @capucinegaudry,

You can try using the WP Super Cache plugin, and see if you still encounter this issue.

    Best regards,
