CMP Setting Content Message NOT UPDATING

  • The message text changed in the CMP Setting Content Box doesn’t seem to get saved and updated once clicked “save all changes”.

    Everything else I change including the heading is taking effect and updating correctly.

    Any ideas?

    I deleted cache as well a few times, no luck!

    If the other settings save OK, I am really not sure what could be a cause of this.

    Is it ok under CMP Preview?

    Hi Ales,

    other CMP Settings are ok after saving.

    Only the message text will not be saved.

    hence CMP Review doesn’t work too!

    it reloads and the old text re-appears without any changes.

    Even deleting the txt and saving – it re-appears again.

    Any hint or solution ?

    Even after deleting the plugin and installing it again… the same problem exists!
    Now its even worse as I can’t add any text and this is crucial… !
    Any FAST solution on how to fix this problem?

    Hi every one,
    i have the same problem i can modify and save many things in CMP, but i can’t edit message in media content. When i save, the text i wrote disappear.
