change order date from “X hours ago” to precise date?

is there any filter I can make it to display like 2023-08-02 12:00 , 2023-08-02 13:00 …etc ?

In order to see the exact date that an order was placed, feel free to hover over any time entry, under the Date column in the screen at WooCommerce > Orders. Here is a screenshot, for reference:

it’s not “how to get the order time” that bothers me , but I want to make this to happen , as my screenshot

Yes, it’s possible to customize the way your timestamps are displayed. However, this would require a bit of programming knowledge as you will need to add some custom code to your theme’s functions.php file.
